1. Where do your products come from?

Our pieces are designed and manufactured in Morocco , near Marrakech, in collaboration with a workshop of artisans specializing in traditional leather goods.


2. What type of leather do you use?

We work exclusively with Moroccan cowhide leather , selected for its quality, resistance and natural patina which improves with age.


3. What materials do you use for the finishes?

Our gold accessories are made of brass and our silver finishes of stainless steel , durable and resistant materials designed to last.

4. How do I care for my SOFARAQ bag?

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and humidity.
  • Moisturize the leather with a suitable cream every 3 to 6 months.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

5. What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days .
Delivery times then vary depending on the destination country:

  • Standard delivery to France: 5 to 7 days
  • France Express: 1 to 3 days
  • Europe: 7–12 days

6. What are the delivery charges?

Fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Free delivery can be offered above a certain amount (to be defined according to your strategy).

7. Do you offer returns?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return your item if it has never been used.
Products must be returned in their original condition.


8. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify or cancel it.

9. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.


10. Are your products handmade?

Yes. Each piece is handcrafted by experienced Moroccan artisans.
Slight variations may appear: they testify to the uniqueness of the handcrafted work.

11. Do you accept custom orders?

Depending on the request, we can consider certain customizations (colors, finishes, etc.).
